Big Sister Time

Jessica wanted to take over nappy duty this morning. Ophelia has just about grown out of her x-small cloth nappies now so we are having to use a lot more disposables. We do have some that fit her but they have been hard to dry with this weather!

I think we will have to buy some tho because i feel like i'm killing the planet every time i use a disposable, They are expensive it saves you so much money in the long run!

We didn't do much yesterday just enjoyed each others company. The house has officially been handed over now and time to crack on doing the new house.

This doesn't describe her very well at all, seeing as she sleeps 10 hours at night! I've decided not to buy babygros with feet anymore. She is just too long!

Sorry there was no post yesterday, i forgot all about it till it was time to go to bed! Ophelia was weighed yesterday and was 9lb she is still so tiny!

Bumbo

This is Ophelia's 'Bumbo' seat, it is designed for younger babies who can hold their own head up but can't sit up yet. She is still a bit small but she doesn't really like laying down.

This was when we went to the Bedford river festival.

Jessica has been so good and helpful, never complaining. I hope this holiday i get to spend sometime just the two of us. Maybe go and get our nails done together she likes that.

Big girl bed

Here is Ophelia's cot up and ready for her to go into. We have been putting her in it awake so she can get used to it and she loves her mobile!

I think its me that will have to get used to it! every night i have moved the carrycot furthur from the bed (but i still get up in the night to check her!)

Worst day ever.

It's a million degrees hotter than the sun, Ophelia has been awake crying most of the day and i have been trying to pack up the house.

Ophelia usually screams when i put her under her gym, maybe she doesn't like butterflies either! Today we got about 10 minutes of smiles before the screaming started.

She did love her rabbit though...
